Bernard Puckett was appointed Interim Chairman of the Board of BEN in August 2025. He is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across technology and governance. Mr. Puckett has served as Chairman at Frequentz and Openwave Systems, Senior Vice President at IBM, and CEO of Skyel Group. He joined BEN’s Board in April 2023 and has also served as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation and Governance Committees.
